Diane was born in the beautiful city of Vancouver, British Columbia. She is a proud member of the Dzawada’enuxw First Nations (Kingcome Inlet, Alert Bay and Guilford Island, BC).

Diane’s interest in art began in 2003. As a self-taught artist, her passion is creating art using a wide range of mediums from painting with acrylic, oils, watercolors, and alcohol inks, to creating pottery, beaded & leather jewellery, and metal art. Diane is also an active member in her community of Prince George, BC. She is the President of the Northern Indigenous Arts Council (NIAC), is on the Board of Directors of the Community Arts Council (CAC) of Prince George and District and Arts BC. Diane aspires to continually learn from those she meets from all walks of life.

Diane est née dans la belle ville de Vancouver, en Colombie-Britannique. Elle est fière d'être membre des Premières nations Dzawada'enuxw (Kingcome Inlet, Alert Bay et Guilford Island, C.-B.).

Diane a commencé à s'intéresser à l'art en 2003. Autodidacte, elle a pour passion de créer des œuvres d'art en employant une vaste gamme de médiums : peinture à l'acrylique et à l'huile, aquarelle et encres à l’alcool, mais aussi poteries, bijoux en perles et en cuir, et sculptures en métal. Diane est également une membre active de sa communauté de Prince George, en Colombie-Britannique. Elle est présidente du Northern Indigenous Arts Council (NIAC) et siège aux conseils d'administration du Community Arts Council (CAC) of Prince George and District et d'Arts BC. Diane aspire à apprendre continuellement de ceux qu'elle rencontre dans tous les milieux.
