Parm is a recently retired principal from SD73 (Kamloops/Thompson) in the interior of B.C. In her thirty-five years as an educator, she has been a strong advocate for the arts and has always tried to instill the importance of the arts in children’s lives. Although she has often utilized her drawing and painting skills in her school life, in retirement, she is indulging her love of art by trying different styles of painting and exploring art in a whole new way.

Parm est une directrice récemment retraitée du district scolaire 73 (Kamloops/Thompson) dans l’intérieur de la Colombie-Britannique. Au cours de ses trente-cinq années en éducation, elle a été une ardente défenseure des arts et a toujours cherché à transmettre l’importance des arts dans la vie des enfants. Bien qu’elle ait souvent utilisé ses compétences en dessin et en peinture durant sa carrière scolaire, elle profite maintenant de sa retraite pour s’adonner pleinement à sa passion pour l’art, en explorant différents styles de peinture et en découvrant l’art sous un tout nouvel angle.
