Emmanuel Cometa was born in the Philippines and grew up in California. He met and married his wife Rose after he immigrated to Canada in 1994.

Cometa is a self-taught artist who has always been fascinated with all types of art, both realist and impressionist. Over the years he has evolved as an artist and improved his technique by studying the work of other artists, attending art shows and meeting new artists. Although he has tried a multitude of different media, oil painting remains his preferred medium to work in. He currently resides with his wife Rose and two daughters.

Emmanuel Cometa est né aux Philippines et a grandi en Californie. Il a rencontré et épousé sa femme Rose après avoir immigré au Canada en 1994.

Cometa est un artiste autodidacte qui a toujours été fasciné par tous les types d’art, tant réaliste qu’impressionniste. Au fil des ans, il a évolué en tant qu’artiste et a amélioré sa technique en étudiant le travail d’autres artistes, en assistant à des expositions et en rencontrant de nouveaux artistes. Bien qu’il ait essayé une multitude de médiums différents, la peinture à l’huile reste son médium de prédilection. Il réside actuellement avec sa femme Rose et leurs deux filles.
