Raised in Arcadia, California, Ron Peters remembers drawing to be the most important thing to him during his early childhood. From first grade through sixth grade, he would spend his time drawing and not paying attention to the teachers.
The thing Peters loves most about art is the freedom of expression that it allows. He has always been an artist, but it wasn’t until the age of 40 that he took on the challenge of actually marketing his work.
Peters works best in the morning and evening, and sometimes when it’s overcast and rainy and the sun is not beckoning him outdoors instead. He does not burden his work with any complex analysis or high-flown commentary; he simply feels that his work communicates a sense of peace and relaxation to the viewer.
Peters received a B.S. from the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California; and an M.A. from California State, Long Beach.
His work has been exhibited at the Los Angeles Art Expo and the La Quinta Art Festival.

Ayant grandi à Arcadia, en Californie, Ron Peters se souvient que, durant son enfance, le dessin était ce qui comptait le plus pour lui. De la première à la sixième année, il passait son temps à dessiner plutôt qu’à écouter les enseignants.

Ce que Peters aime le plus dans l’art, c’est la liberté d’expression qu’il procure. Il a toujours été un artiste, mais ce n’est qu’à l’âge de 40 ans qu’il a décidé de relever le défi de faire connaître et de commercialiser son travail.

Peters est plus productif le matin et le soir, et parfois les jours nuageux et pluvieux, lorsque le soleil ne l’invite pas à sortir à l’extérieur. Il ne cherche pas à alourdir ses œuvres avec des analyses complexes ou des discours prétentieux ; il croit simplement que son travail transmet un sentiment de paix et de détente au spectateur.

Il a obtenu un baccalauréat ès sciences du Art Center College of Design à Pasadena, en Californie, ainsi qu’une maîtrise en arts de la California State University, à Long Beach.

Ses œuvres ont été exposées au Los Angeles Art Expo et au La Quinta Art Festival.
