Artist and naturalist Robert Lacie spends his days in dialogue with the infinite patterns and systems in the natural world.

Having spent many years traveling the world, Robert often embarked upon terms of study of the cultural art techniques of the regions he was visiting. These techniques include study in the textile arts, carving, sculpture, with his most significant years spent in India and South East Asia.

Robert's inspirational visual tableaus are continually fueled by the inherent design in nature.

With training in traditional art forms, Robert brings his passion for flora, fauna, and open spaces to his art pieces, speaking to the vast inner landscape of humanity.

Ayant voyagé pendant de nombreuses années à travers le monde, Robert s’est souvent engagé dans des périodes d’étude des techniques artistiques culturelles propres aux régions qu’il visitait. Ces techniques incluent les arts textiles, la sculpture sur bois, la sculpture en général — avec ses années les plus marquantes passées en Inde et en Asie du Sud-Est.
