Born in 1956 in Wadowice, Poland, Maria Zielinska began her study of art at the Bielsko-Biala High School of Fine Arts, from which she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She then moved to Warsaw and entered the Polish Academy of Fine Arts where she majored in Graphic Design with special emphasis on painting and drawing.

Maria has shown her work across America and in Europe, having had one-woman shows in Los Angeles and Newport Beach. She has also participated in more than 20 group exhibitions over the past ten years, including the Contemporary Artist’s Exhibition in Seoul, South Korea. Among Maria’s professional achievements are the 1988 “Diploma of Excellence” for outstanding quality in oil painting, presented by the International Art Competition sponsored by Art Horizons in New York City, and in the same year, the “diploma Di Merit” for her oil painting, “Skipping Stones,” entered in the International Art Exhibition held in Viterbo, Italy.

Née en 1956 à Wadowice, en Pologne, Maria Zielinska a commencé ses études artistiques à l’École supérieure des beaux-arts de Bielsko-Biala, dont elle est diplômée Magna Cum Laude. Elle s’est ensuite installée à Varsovie, où elle est entrée à l’Académie polonaise des beaux-arts, se spécialisant en design graphique avec un accent particulier sur la peinture et le dessin.

Maria a exposé ses œuvres à travers l’Amérique et l’Europe, avec notamment des expositions individuelles à Los Angeles et Newport Beach. Elle a également participé à plus de 20 expositions collectives au cours des dix dernières années, dont l’Exposition des artistes contemporains à Séoul, en Corée du Sud. Parmi ses réalisations professionnelles figurent le " Diplôme d’excellence " de 1988 pour la qualité exceptionnelle d’une peinture à l’huile, décerné par le concours international Art Horizons à New York, ainsi que, la même année, le " Diplôme di Merito " pour sa peinture à l’huile Skipping Stones présentée à l’Exposition internationale d’art de Viterbo, en Italie.
