Stephanie Clark

Born in Canada in 1969, Stefanie grew up on a farm and spent her childhood surrounded by nature and animals. She developed her talents early, studying graphic design, photography and silkscreen, and later, starting her own company. At twenty years of age she devoted herself fully to her art. Essentially self taught, Stefanie has created diverse bodies of work in pen and ink, coloured pencil and silkscreen design. She also continues to explore and create using the computer as a tool for digital painting and the enhancement of her work. She has found this to be a great inspiration in bringing to life the visions she wishes to share.

Stefanie has always endeavoured to evoke in others a humble appreciation of the diversity and beauty that is our planet. Her passions in art are rooted in nature, children and all living creatures.Currently she lives in a rural setting just outside of Apsley, Ontario, Canada, with her partner Petrus Boots and their daughter Samsara. From May to October their home is open to the public as Art Unseen Studio and Gallery, where they show a wide variety of their art, as well as continuing to create more… all while enjoying the peace of nature.

Née au Canada en 1969, Stephanie a grandi sur une ferme et a vécu son enfance dans la nature, parmi les animaux. Manifestant un talent précoce, elle étudie le graphisme, la photographie et la sérigraphie et fonde une entreprise. À l'âge de vingt ans, elle se consacre entièrement à son art. Essentiellement Autodidacte, Stephanie a créé une oeuvre diverse faisant usage du crayon couleur, plomb et à l'encre ainsi que des conceptions à l'écran de sérigraphie. Elle utilise également l'ordinateur comme outil pour créer et modifier ses images. Elle y trouve une grande source d'inspiration en quoi que cet outil donne vie aux visions qu'elle désire partager avec les gens. Stephanie a toujours voulu évoquer dans les gens une humble reconnaissance de la diversité et la beauté de notre planète. Le fondement de sa passion pour l'art est la nature, les enfants et toutes les créatures vivantes. Elle habite à présent dans un milieu rural près de Apsley en Ontario au Canada avec son conjoint Petrus Boots et leur fille Samsara. Du mois de mai à octobre, leur foyer est ouvert au grand public sous le nom de Art Unseen Studio Gallery, où l'on peut retrouver en exhibition une sélection variée de leurs oeuvres. Elle y poursuit son travail de création…tout en jouissant du calme de la nature.
